with working knowledge and experience in analyzing and designing all aspects of medium to large scale industrial developments.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 15+ years experience
• PE required
• Data Center experience preferred, but not required
• Advanced Civil 3D skills
• Ability to follow lead a site civil team on a project and to collaborate with other discipline team members remotely
• Adaptability to work within a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Site development, site master planning and site selection
• Performing final grading plans using Civil 3D including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing
• Providing erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans and support permit approval
• Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems
• Underground utility routing and site space planning using Civil 3D
• Analyzing and designing gravity sewer systems
• Researching and adhering to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction in any given area
• Stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications, such as StormCAD, Civil Storm
