Overview
1st shift Maintenance Technician – Automation / Controls opening in Greenville, SC for a hands-on industrial maintenance professional with strong PLC programming and automation troubleshooting experience. In this role, you will support automated production equipment and control systems, ensuring reliable operation of PLC-driven machinery, HMIs, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. You will also be a part of the core maintenance team, assisting with multi-craft maintenance issues as they arise.
This role requires a self-directed technician who is comfortable making PLC edits, diagnosing electrical and controls issues, and supporting automation systems in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities- 5+ years experience with hands-on PLC troubleshooting and programming (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens), including ladder logic edits
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting HMI systems and automation interfaces
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems including 480V and 24V circuits
- Expertise in performing preventative, scheduled, and emergency maintenance on automated equipment
- Experienced in supporting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems including motors, pumps, gearboxes, chains, and bearings
- Associate degree in an industrial or technical field preferred, or equivalent vocational training
