Position Details

Shift Available

• 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) & 3rd Shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Pay: Up to $32.97 Per Hour + Shift Differential ($1.50 Per Hour - 2nd & $2.50 Per Hour - 3rd)

Biggest Requirement

• Swiss Lathe Technology Experience

We are looking for highly skilled CNC Machinists preferably with proven experience operating and programming Swiss Lathe machines in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Swiss Lathe machines with precision and efficiency
• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting production goals
• Use advanced measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to inspect parts to exact tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, ISO documents, and measuring equipment
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously to maximize productivity
• Follow all company safety regulations and support quality compliance
• Work in an environment involving oil, coolant, and metal chips
• Apply 5S and lean manufacturing principles for optimized workflow

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Prefer Swiss Lathe technology experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of CNC Mill/Lathe programming and operational experience
• Strong math skills, preferably in machine/shop math

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Technical degree in a relevant field
