Shift: First

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of automated welding robot, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Must be able to load and unload parts within a robot welding cell
• Set up, run and observe automated welding machine
• Monitor welding cycles
• Inspect finished welds for cracks, holes, or weak spots using gauges and visual checks
• Must be familiar reading prints and work instructions
• Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment
• Strong attention to detail is very important
• Able to keep work area clean and organized
• Willingness to perform other machining jobs if necessary

Essential

Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.

Preferred

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with automated machinery a plus
• Experience with automated welding robot a plus
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
