Job Summary:

Understand the function of the equipment to correctly adjust during runs, while promoting the smooth operation of the line.

Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks (code dates, seal integrity, and correct labeling) on a predetermined schedule as needed or assigned by leadership.
• Ensure lot n is tracked accurately and all paperwork is completed timely and accurately.
• Increase effectiveness and cross-train where needed to promote line effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards regarding company policy involving SAFETY and GMPs.
• Participate in Toolbox talks incorporating stretching. Promote Safe Start principles and near-miss reporting to further the improvement of safety in the plant.
• Keep work areas orderly and clean.
• Demonstrate ability to properly stack boxes and apply labels and lids.
• Familiar with:
  Production , and Production Schedules
• Accurately complete Palletizing Sheets and print labels.

What We Are Looking For:
Characteristics, skills, experience, education, and performance history needed for success in the position:

• Machine Operating Experience preferred.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Able to walk & stand during most of a 10-hour shift.
• Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Dependable & punctual
• Physical Capacities: Able to lift 30 lbs.
