Restaurant Shift Leader; Part-Time

Position: RESTAURANT SHIFT LEADER (PART-TIME)
Zaxby's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift, set shift goals, assign tasks to team members, and respond to guests' needs.;
Mentor, coach and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to the General Manager.;
Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.;
Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all Zaxby's Franchising LLC and Zax LLC guidelines, policies, and procedures; monitor food safety and quality.;
Plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing duties are complete; collaborate with management to develop goals and report progress.
