Leaders act as ambassadors of Firehouse Subs, contributing significantly to

the delivery of a superior customer experience.

Primary

responsibilities include assisting the General Manager in operational oversight

during assigned shifts and ensuring compliance with all Firehouse Subs policies

and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating cash registers

• Previous supervisory experience

• Demonstrated team leadership

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, scoop, and move throughout the duration of the shift

• Capacity to work in cold environments (walk-in refrigerator/freezer: 40°F to
-10°F)
