Bricks & Minifigs Butler — We’re a specialty toy retailer focused on buying, selling, and trading new and pre-owned LEGO® sets, mini figures, and collectible brick products. Our mission is simple: celebrate creativity, play, and community; from kids discovering their first build to longtime collectors hunting down that one rare piece they’ve been searching for.

We are growing our energetic, customer-focused team. We’re looking for a trustworthy, hands‑on sales associate to help run daily operations, support the team, and continue building an experience customers want to come back to.

If you enjoy hands‑on retail, creative problem‑solving, collectibles, and helping people find their next great build, this will be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities
  • Buy, sell, and trade pre-owned sets, mini figures, and parts using store guidelines
  • Handle buying LEGO® from customers, evaluating, and pricing trade‑ins
  • Ensure a clean, well‑organized, and fun store environment
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through great service
  • Coordinate with ownership on promotions, events, and weekly performance goals
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Restock and merchandise inventory to showcase our ever‑changing selection
  • Assist with inventory management, sorting, and pricing
  • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Host and lead in‑store events and children’s birthday parties
  • Support general store operations, including opening and closing duties
What We’re Looking For
  • Weekday availability
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage people, multitask, and take initiative without micromanagement.
  • Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, basic cash handling, and store ops.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy retail environment.
  • Comfortable engaging with all varieties of collectors.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for creativity, community, and play.
  • Weekly sales‑based bonus program (earn more when the store does well).
  • Employee discounts on all products.
  • Fun, creative, and team‑oriented environment.
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement as the store expands.
  • The chance to help shape the culture of a locally owned, community‑first store.
How to Apply

Submit your resume and include a short note about why you’d be a great fit for a store centered around creativity, collectibles, and community engagement.

Referral code from a current employee. If no code provided, add their name instead.
