Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-material-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as assigned, and report unusual conditions, policy violations, or maintenance concerns;
Complete accurate reports and logs for patrols, incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related events
