Tax Manager​/Director

• Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements
• Develop and train team members
• Foster and build opportunities for clients, communities, and people
• Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings
• Perform tax procedures according to engagement size and complexity
• Review complex individual and corporate tax returns

• Minimum 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with a public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA is required
• JD or EA may be accepted in place of CPA certification
• Ability to support and pursue aspiring career goals
• Strong problem-solving ability and confidence bringing solutions
• Client-focused approach to helping businesses succeed strategically
