Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a 48-bed private, free-standing psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, OH. Arrowhead offers a private, confidential and non-institutional environment conducive to healing and recovery. Arrowhead provides a variety of specialized services for adults.
The receptionist provides building access to our guests, greets them, assists each individual and performs safety checks on patient in the lobby. The receptionist operates a multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support and ensures services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Education/
Experience:
High School diploma or GED;
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Shift: This will be a per diem evening shift, with weekend availability required.
Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility preferred, but are willing to train the outgoing and enthusiastic candidate.
This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
