Marketing Operations and CRM Specialist

We have a high‑growth technical environment with a workforce of over 300 professionals. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada.
Role and Responsibilities- Administer and optimize Hub Spot CRM, including workflows, properties, pipelines, and data structure.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and accuracy across customer, prospect, and account records.
- Manage lead routing, lifecycle progression, segmentation, and sales/marketing handoffs.
- Build and maintain target account lists, contact databases, and data enrichment processes.
- Configure and support automated workflows using Hub Spot, Common Room, and integrated systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track pipeline, conversion, campaign performance, and attribution.
- Support integrations between Hub Spot, Acumatica CRM, and other marketing and sales technologies.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability.
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field
- Experience working in Hub Spot or similar CRM environments (Acumatica experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing data structures
- Familiarity with enrichment tools, data providers, and signal‑based workflows
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
