At American Frame, we help customers create custom framing solutions that preserve and showcase what matters most to them. We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative (Customer Service) to support customers through the design, ordering, and problem‑solving process with professionalism, product/service knowledge, and attentive service.

This role combines customer support, creative problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast‑paced environment where communication, adaptability, and attention to detail are important to success.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist customers with custom framing solutions, product selection, and order support
  • Provide responsive customer service across phone, email, website, virtual, and in‑person interactions
  • Guide customers through design and ordering decisions based on their style, goals, and budget
  • Develop knowledge of framing materials, products, and services to confidently support customer needs
  • Use company systems and tools, including Magento and Hub Spot, to manage customer interactions and orders
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and solution‑oriented manner
  • Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional departments to support consistent customer experiences
  • Share customer feedback and recurring issues to support continuous improvement efforts

Previous experience in customer service, custom picture framing, sales support, or related fields is preferred.
