Customer Service Experts No Weekends

Job Description

Alliance One has an opening for you as a Customer Service Expert working in our Maumee OH location! We are currently hiring for professional customer service experts with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will receive incoming calls from Health Care providers, solve account issues and negotiate solutions that work for both the providers and the organizations we serve. Your responsibilities include helping medical providers with payment options and assisting them with transactions.

We are looking for candidates who can problem‑solve creatively while following client and company guidelines and providing accurate information to their customers.

40 hours per week (M-F 8.5 hour shift availability between 8:00am – 7:30pm)

PAY: $15.00 /hour

BONUS:
Eligible for up to $450 per month in monthly incentives.

• Prior customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
• Strong desire to achieve goals
• Basic computer knowledge/skills; ability to multitask when talking and typing at the same time
• Ability and openness to work with a diverse customer base
• Works well in team settings
