As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly by ensuring instruments, equipment, and treatment areas are clean, organized, and ready for patient care. - Prepare, clean, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
- Clean, disinfect, and reset treatment rooms to support efficient patient care.
- Ensure treatment areas remain stocked, organized, and ready for daily operations.
- Assist providers and clinical team members with patient care and clinical support as needed.
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) when certified and authorized to do so.
- Help patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain accurate records related to sterilization and infection control procedures.
- Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the office.
