Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect with The JDI Group, you’ll lead project architectural design from concept through construction documents, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail at every step.

• Lead project architectural design from concept to construction documents
• Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines and project managers to deliver integrated solutions
• Work directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Supervise bid and permitting processes, and provide construction administration support
• Analyze and document building codes and regulatory standards to ensure compliance
• Mentor emerging professionals, sharing your knowledge and expertise
• Prepare project specifications and serve as a technical resource to the team

• Basic understanding of Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both in writing and verbally
• Minimum of 10 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
• CAPM or PMP certification is preferred

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000/year depending on education, experience, and any certifications directly related to the position
