Training Generalist (Collections), Maumee, OH (Hybrid option possible)
Hours & TravelVaries dependent upon training class schedule. Must be able to travel as needed, up to 25%.
Pay & BenefitsPay rate: $19.50/hour. Benefits include Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision), HSA/FSA plans, Paid Time Off, Optional Daily Pay, EAP, 401k after 90 days, etc. Full‑time employees eligible for health benefits on first of month following hire date (or coincident to hire date if hired on the first).
DescriptionThe Trainer’s central role revolves around enhancing employee competencies and performance.
Role-Based Accountabilities- Maintain and facilitate Alliance One and/or client curricula to support new hire and existing employee development.
- Create and continuously update training manuals, handouts, instructional materials.
- Deliver structured training sessions using various methods to maximize learning outcomes.
- Regularly evaluate competencies and identify areas requiring development.
- Track and report on effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure all records and content remain up-to-date in appropriate systems.
- Keep abreast of latest developments in instructional design and training methods.
- Gather and analyze feedback to refine future training.
- Organize training schedules, venues, resources for seamless delivery.
- Partner with and support managers to assist training responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Align role with key organizational objectives – EBITDA, Revenue, High Performance Culture, Personal Development.
- Create structured training plans and comprehensive programs aligned with company and client objectives.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions.
- Utilize clear communication and interactive learning techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement by seeking efficiency.
- Implement feedback surveys and analyze performance data to measure learning outcomes.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience; minimum 1 year of training/facilitation experience.
- Experience creating and executing training modules tailored to job needs.
- Experience evaluating trainee performance and program effectiveness.
- Experience demonstrating strong presentation and facilitation skills in corporate settings.
- Experience working closely with leadership to identify training needs.
- High School education or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or certifications in relevant work experience acceptable.

- Manual dexterity – typing, writing, bending, crouching, walking, kneeling, prolonged sitting.
- Sitting – ability to sit at workstation for long periods.
