Aktion Associates is a North American ERP software reseller in the top 20 of the VAR 100 reseller market and top workplaces in 2026. We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 250 professionals. We have a two year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 350. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Education and Experience- 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within managed services, cloud solutions, technology, software, SaaS, or IT services organizations.
- Proven ability to develop and execute industry-focused marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Experience creating high-impact content and messaging across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email, social media, webinars, video, events, and sales enablement programs.
- Demonstrated success developing customer lifecycle marketing programs that support customer retention, cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and campaign management, with experience building programs that contribute to measurable pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
- Experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools to improve audience targeting, campaign performance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across sales, leadership, technical teams, partners, and customers.
- Professional, technology-savvy, and naturally curious about emerging technologies, market trends, and innovative marketing practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
