Aktion Associates is a North American ERP software reseller in the top 20 of the VAR 100 reseller market and top workplaces in 2025. We have a high‑growth technical environment with a workforce of over 250 professionals. We have a two‑year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 350. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S. and Canada.

As an Billing and Revenue Accountant, you will manage more complex invoicing tasks for recurring services, sales, and AR collections. You will support recurring invoicing projections and assist in sales rep assignment changes, AR close, and customer NCA setup. You will also help manage the accuracy of prepaid and unearned revenue.

• Oversee invoicing for sales procurement in the first year and manage recurring annuity, SaaS, ACMS, and maintenance contract invoicing/projections.
• Assist in creating ACMS billing worksheets.
• Lead the setup of customer NCA and sales rep assignment changes in the system.
• Manage AR close processes and support AR collection efforts.
• Assist with managing prepaid/unearned revenue and act vs budget analysis by product.
• Collaborate with the team to manage AR applications and ensure timely invoicing.
• Assist in setting up new catalog items in invoicing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Intermediate knowledge of invoicing, recurring billing, and AR processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and invoicing software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in invoicing, finance, or accounting.
