Practice Setting:
Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient
Support / Care Team:
Multidisciplinary team with strong clinical and administrative support

Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric care and admission evaluations to adult patients, including those with substance use disorders
Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff
Manage daily patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Document patient care accurately

Qualifications
Board Certified PMHNP
Active or eligible license to practice in Ohio
Experience working with patients with substance use disorders preferred
Inpatient experience highly desirable
Meets credentialing requirements for participating providers
