We are seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join Arrowhead Behavioral Health, a specialized behavioral health facility in Maumee, OH.   Adult inpatient and outpatient populations

  Maumee, OH (near Toledo)
• Practice Setting:
  Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient
• Support / Care Team:
  Multidisciplinary team with strong clinical and administrative support

• Provide psychiatric care and admission evaluations to adult patients, including those with substance use disorders
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and support staff
• Manage daily patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
• Document patient care accurately

• Competitive hourly rate with option to work as an independent contractor

• Board Certified PMHNP
• Active or eligible license to practice in Ohio
• Experience working with patients with substance use disorders preferred
• Inpatient experience highly desirable
• Meets credentialing requirements for participating providers
