Intake Clinician OR RN Nights

Shift: 7pm - 7:30am

You can be an RN, MSW/LSW, or BSW/LSW.

The Assessment Clinician is responsible for interviewing incoming patients, completing a bio/social assessment, presenting findings to the physician, and transitioning patients into nursing care.

Education & License: Candidate may hold a nursing degree (Associate, BSN, or MSN) with an Ohio RN license OR a Master’s Degree in Licensed Social Work (MSW/LSW or LISW).

Experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication, diplomacy, discretion, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Interview incoming patients and complete a bio/social assessment.

Present assessment findings to the physician to determine programming level.

Transition the patient into the care of nursing staff.
