** This role offers a balanced mix of office and field work while supporting a busy, close‐knit branch team. With strong teamwork, hands‐on collaboration, and a fun environment, this position is ideal for RTs who enjoy autonomy, patient interaction, and a supportive culture.
** Key highlights
*** Work Arrangement: 50% office, 50% road.

* Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; flexible.
* Driving Distance:
Up to 50 miles.
** Salary range*** $38 – $42 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
** On-Call transparency
*** Rotation every 3rd week; primarily phone assistance with occasional home visits when needed.
** What you’ll do
*** Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‐ups
* Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
* Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriately
* Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs
* Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams
* Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop
* Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation
* Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition
* Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs
* Performs other duties as required
** What we look for
*** Registered Respiratory Therapist with an active OH RT license. Michigan RT License is a plus or willingness to obtain.
* Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs.
* Valid driver's license
* Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation
** Education
* ** Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
** Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations
*** Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy
* Hold a current CPR Certification
* Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice
