As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) on our overnight team, you'll help individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible.

- Provide compassionate, person-centered support
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Promote independence, choice, and self-advocacy
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals
- Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
- Transport individuals to appointments and community activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
- Participate in paid training and team meetings
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Compassionate and patient
