We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Supervisor

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Create a safe, welcoming, and person-centered home environment
- Ensure high-quality care and compliance across residential programs
- Support individuals in achieving greater independence and community inclusion
- Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations
- Participate in an on-call weekend rotation and provide support when needed
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, or human services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
