Ridgewood Manor, a Medicare & Medicaid certified skilled nursing center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team in Maumee, Ohio. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients, and fostering a positive work environment for our staff.

• Lead and direct the administrative team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility

• Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with state and federal regulations, as well as Ridgewood Manor's standards

• Collaborate with the DON to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our patients

• Manage and supervise the facility's staff, including nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid certifications

• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community partners

• Oversee the facility's budget, including financial planning and management

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes staff engagement and job satisfaction

• Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Ohio

• Prior experience in a long-term care setting, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and customer service

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
