Responsible for delivering quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments.
Perform treatment simulations and fabricate all necessary shielding blocks.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Prepare equipment for patient treatments while performing quality control and assurance tests.
Ensure proper infection control techniques are adhered to.
Follow optimal radiation safety and protection practices.
All activities reflect the established philosophy, goals, objectives, and standards of practice.
Provide provisions for quality patient care and environmental safety.
Cooperate with interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff.
