Role And Responsibilities- Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, support the HR strategic plan and established talent acquisition and onboarding goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, candidate communications, and successful onboarding of new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Analyze recruitment and onboarding metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness, retention, and time-to-productivity.
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and retention.
- Build campus partnerships and support early-career recruiting initiatives.
- Communicate and serve as a role model for company policies, procedures, and values.
- Ability to perform additional tasks, as requested by the HR Director and leadership
- 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous experience with Paycor is preferred
Critical Thinker / ability to problem solve - Ability to multitask in a fast environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

On-site Maumee,OH Headquarters Office
