Responsibilities
- Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
- Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts toward the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Experience leading sales opportunities
- Previous hands‑on experience leading a specific functional stream
- Lead the delivery of services that include solution roadmap development, functional design, and support of SAP CM, CPE, and related modules and processes
- Define, plan, and execute end‑to‑end Commodity & Risk Management solutions, including transaction capture, risk management, logistics, and accounting
- Perform functional analysis work in support of SAP CM processes
- Gather requirements and develop functional specifications for custom developments
- Develop proofs of concept in SAP CM
- Maintain working knowledge of integration with SAP modules: MM, SD, TSW, TRM, FICO
- Provide strong written and verbal communication for report writing and client presentations
- Demonstrate effective leadership and teamwork skills
- Show flexibility in learning new topics, handling change, and meeting deadlines
- Oversee various transformational projects, implementing business improvements or ERP systems for clients
- Coordinate project timelines with teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client’s satisfaction
- Collaborate with project team members in overall resource allocation and capacity planning
- Manage program‑level status, metrics, issues, and risks, and oversee completion and sign‑off on program deliverables
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team and client leadership assigned to the program
- Lead and collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
- Lead steering committee meetings, team meetings, business meetings, and project management team sessions
- Lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes
- Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and ability to self‑direct and mentor/manage teams and clients
- Be willing to travel up to 100%
- Minimum five (5) full lifecycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi‑module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
- A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
- At least six (6) years’ experience in proposal and business case development
- Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4
HANA - Develop detailed program plans, develop and monitor risks/issues, and present status to internal and external stakeholders
- Expert understanding of program financials and processes
- Deep understanding of industry‑specific KPIs and benefits of S/4
HANA functionality to enable the business - Prior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA
- Hands‑on ability if required and willingness to mentor junior team members
- Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Ability to work in the country without current or future visa sponsorship
- Be a subject matter expert in Commodity Management / Commodity Trading and Risk Management
- Be a domain expert in Agriculture, Metals and Mining or IS/Oil
- SAP HANA

Base Salary Range: $140,000 to $200,000 per annum
