Force Motion Group is offering an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic project management professional to lead key initiatives across the Force Motion Group. As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in directing high-performing teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects focused on product development, process improvements, and manufacturing strategies. This role will oversee all aspects of project management, driving the development of innovative tools, processes, and methodologies while ensuring confidentiality and maintaining operational efficiency.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support the creation of new products, services, and value-added opportunities for a diverse customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead global teams, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying cost-saving and revenue-generating projects and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a key member of the FMG team, driving the planning and execution of product development and manufacturing strategies to meet project goals, uphold strict confidentiality, maintain quality standards, and adhere to timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to align resources, streamline processes, and ensure seamless cross-departmental integration, while safeguarding sensitive information and proprietary data.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans that support efficient, scalable manufacturing processes, ensuring operational readiness, data security, and supply chain alignment to meet delivery targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and confidentiality through inclusive, collaborative leadership, empowering cross-functional teams to meet project commitments while enhancing operational efficiencies and safeguarding company assets.
  • Support the successful implementation and integration of ERP systems by collaborating with operations, supply chain, and IT teams, ensuring alignment with project management processes, data accuracy, information security, and efficient workflow execution.
  • Partners with supply chain management to monitor material availability, optimize logistics, and align production schedules with supply needs, ensuring timely project completion and protection of sensitive supplier and operational data.
  • Partner with various teams to facilitate a smooth transition from product development to full-scale production, addressing challenges related to scalability and efficiency while maintaining confidentiality on key operational details.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success, continuously improve processes, and ensure alignment with both short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Lead initiatives to identify cost reduction and revenue-generating opportunities within the project scope, ensuring these initiatives align with the company’s broader objectives for growth and profitability.
  • Operate as a strong team leader, focusing on results-driven collaboration, influence, and relationship-building across project teams and external partners while promoting a culture of trust and confidentiality.
  • Drive the development and execution of productivity improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability, constantly seeking innovative ways to reduce costs and generate revenue.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and strict confidentiality that supports project success and aligns with the company’s core values.
