Position:Press Operator
We are adding Press Operators to our team to support continued growth. This is a full‑time position based in Maumee, Ohio. The role ensures smooth operation of press machines, overseeing metal material processing, and maintaining safety and quality.
Hours2nd shift – 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Must be available to work overtime (daily, weekends, and some holidays).
Compensation & Benefits- Starting pay of $17.00/hour
- $1.50 shift premium for 2nd shift
- Weekly pay

- Start machines, monitor operation, record operational data for material tracking, and record number of pieces produced.
- Operate or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal material.
- Load work pieces into machines.
- Examine and inspect completed work pieces for defects and sort them according to types of flaws.
- Read production schedules to determine specifications, including materials and tolerances.
- Verify and document dimensions of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Assist in completing simple to intermediate tasks associated with coil and die changes.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Authority to stop production if unsafe parts or conditions appear.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
- Previous experience in a factory is beneficial but not necessary.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Must satisfactorily complete pre‑employment screening (background check and drug screen).
- Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends, and holidays).
- Experience operating large industrial equipment is preferred.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Report to work on time to support production startup.
- Good physical stamina and coordination.
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.
