Registered Nurse; RN Nights

Shift Differential: $4–$5/HR

Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a 48‑bed psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, Ohio. We serve adult patients 18 years of age and older that need mental health and chemical dependency services. Inpatient offerings include treatment for drug and alcohol withdrawal management and stabilization as well as mental health crisis management. Our outpatient services extend the continuum of care to include partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs which allow patients to develop and utilize proper coping mechanisms to help establish a foundation for life.

Additionally, we offer a Relapse Prevention Program along with a Medication Administration Program to support patients in maintaining lifelong sobriety.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for assigned patients on the In‑patient units. The RN ensures patient safety and treatment, adhering to best practice and acceptable nursing care standards as defined by licensing bodies, including State, Federal, and accreditation bodies. The RN will perform the following duties, among others: admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, restraint and/or seclusion, response to codes, medication management, group facilitation, and other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Associate’s Degree in Nursing or BSN with an Ohio RN License.
• Shift: Night Shift 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• Employment type:
  
  Part‑time, 36 hours per week.
• Previous experience in a mental‑health or substance‑abuse treatment facility preferred; training will be provided.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Professional demeanor and appearance required.
