Responsibilities
Registered Nurse Inpatient – Full Time, Day Shift 7:00 am–7:30 pm. Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a 48‑bed psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, Ohio, providing mental health and chemical dependency services to adults 18 + years old. Inpatient programs include drug and alcohol withdrawal management, stabilization, and mental health crisis management; outpatient programs include partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services, relapse prevention and medication administration programs.
The RN delivers quality nursing care for patients on the inpatient units, ensuring safety and treatment that follows best practice and applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Admissions and discharges
- Crisis intervention
- Restraint and/or seclusion
- Codes response
- Medication management
- Group facilitation
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
Associate’s Degree of Nursing or BSN with an Ohio RN License.
Preferred experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Professional demeanor and appearance are required.
Day Shift: 7:00 am–7:30 pm. Full Time: 36 hours per week.
