Rated 4 out of 5 stars overall by CMS with a 5-star quality measures rating, Ridgewood Manor is known for warm, resident-centered care in a home-like setting just southwest of Toledo. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) partners with the Director of Nursing (DON) to lead day-to-day nursing operations.

Prior nursing home experience is required for the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) position.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily clinical operations

• Supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Assist with scheduling, staff education, and performance management

• Participate in quality assurance activities

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• ADON or nursing leadership experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
