As a Traveling RN Director of Nursing with AOM Healthcare, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee nursing operations at various healthcare facilities across Ohio while advancing your skills and expertise. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to nursing staff across multiple facilities

Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care

Conduct regular assessments of nursing operations and make recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and ongoing education among nursing staff

Travel to various facilities in Ohio, with minimal notice, to support nursing operations and provide on-site guidance

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Ohio

Minimum 3+ years of RN experience, with a focus on nursing leadership or management

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and environments
