This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Maumee, OH. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of multifamily properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, move-ins and move-outs, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. The role will manage rent collection, enforce lease terms, assist with budgeting, and monitor operating expenses to support asset performance.
The Property Manager will also collaborate with ownership and asset management on reporting, occupancy goals, and resident experience initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Property management skills, including tenant relations, lease administration, and day-to-day operations oversight.
- Facilities and maintenance coordination skills, including scheduling repairs, conducting inspections, and working with vendors and contractors.
- Financial and administrative skills, such as rent collection, basic budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting to ownership.
- Communication and customer service skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional, resident-focused approach.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with property management software preferably Appfolio and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document management).
- Preferably 2 years minimum experiance with property management.
Ability to work on-site in Maumee/Toledo, OH, including occasional evenings or weekends as property needs require.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and local housing regulations; experience in multifamily real estate is strongly preferred.
