Full‑time position – responsible for the profitability and daily operations of the deli department within company policy.

• Lead the day‑to‑day deli operations, manage a team, and drive team performance.
• Plan, prepare, and serve food while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Ensure merchandising, product quality and presentation standards are met.
• Manage product receipt, labeling, stocking, and inventory for aisles, freezers, and refrigerators.
• Handle customer relations and provide courteous, accurate service.
• Oversee financial objectives, budgeting, and profitability of the deli operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized deli area.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as business needs require.
