ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following:

- Performs advanced service and troubleshooting on complex HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and other commercial equipment
- Leading critical diagnostics and performance optimization
- Leads troubleshooting on critical equipment failures
- Performs advanced mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and system optimization on complex HVAC equipment
- Supports technical decision making and serves as a resource on complex system issues
- Keeps detailed records for compliance and system history

You'll be performing hands-on work and repairs, which will include:
- Getting up on rooftops (via ladder) to access HVAC equipment.
- Loading and unloading tools and equipment from your work van.
- Lifting up to 75 lbs on occasion, and up to 25 lbs overhead.
- Climbing ladders and extending reach overhead as part of your daily tasks.
• 7+ years of HVAC technician experience
• Extensive experience servicing chillers, boilers, RTUs, and large commercial split systems
• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration theory and sequence of operations for complex mechanical systems
• Proven track record of independently leading critical diagnostics and major repairs
• Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed records for system history and regulatory compliance
