Service and Measure Technician

• Take accurate window measurements for residential homes.
• Perform light service and repair work on previous installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete minor repairs involving windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection, and insulation.
• Replace sashes, screens, trim, caulking, and other components.
• Inspect materials and products for quality and fit.
• Enter measurements and job information into company software.
• Maintain organized paperwork and service documentation.
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners.

• Experience installing windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior home improvement products.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using basic technology and software.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Service technician experience.
• Finish carpentry experience.
• Residential construction background.
• Exterior remodeling experience.
• Experience troubleshooting installation issues.

• Competitive hourly pay: $26–$30/hour
