• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds
• Conduct panel and structural work to bring items back to factory specs
• Ensure quality reassembly, fit and finish, and final touches that make a difference
• Work as a team, maintain cleanliness, and prioritize workplace safety and tidiness
