SERVPRO Team Fosdick in Ohio is seeking a Mitigation Technician to respond to fire and water damage service calls. You will perform production tasks following SERVPRO guidelines and support the crew chief to meet customer needs.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and oral communication, willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule, and preferred restoration experience or IICRC certification. A clean driving record is required.
