Scientific Games seeks a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations. You will perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of equipment, including POS and vending systems. Training customers and ensuring preventative maintenance are key responsibilities.
You will complete calls, deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot communications, and maintain vehicles and records. Requires driving, lifting up to 50 lbs, and weekend/overtime availability.
