Youth Group Facilitator

Vital Health is an integrated behavioral health and primary care center serving adults and youth in Northwest Ohio. Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized care and support recovery for our community.

We are seeking a Youth Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups for adolescents in recovery. The ideal candidate has experience working with diverse populations and can manage group dynamics while supporting behavior change.

Hours
12pm-8pmResponsibilities

Facilitate youth recovery groups and support goal setting

Provide group services across levels of care (IOP, Day Treatment, PHP)
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Participate in weekly treatment team meetings

Collaborate with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary staff

Uphold confidentiality standards and agency policies

Qualifications

Active QMHS and CDCA required2+ years experience preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills

Comfortable leading group discussions and promoting behavioral change

Computer proficiency (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
