Position: Maumee City Schools School Bus Driver Minimum 3.5 Hours a Day

POSITION AVAILABLE:
School Bus Driver (9 months, minimum of 3.5 hours)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
2. Must have a valid driver's license, a minimum of 5 years of driving
experience, and the ability to work assigned hours.
3.Satisfactory completion of pre-employment driver's training program; bus driver's certificate; valid Class B CDL, with
school bus and passenger endorsement.
4.No major traffic violations (4 points or more) in the past three years.
5.Demonstrate knowledge of basic bus inspection procedures
6.Be physically qualified as determined by an annual physical examination.
7.Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record.
8.Possess a tolerant and pleasant personality under sometimes demanding work situations.
9.Professional tact, diplomacy, and presentation with administrators, staff, teachers,
students, parents, and the community.

COMPENSATION:
Wages and fringe benefits based on negotiated agreement.
