Assistant Receiving Manager

Restaurant Depot - 1645 Holland Road - Responsibilities:
Monitor activities in the receiving area pertaining to all incoming/outgoing merchandise and the Receiving CRT;
Provide leadership and guidance to power equipment operators involved with loading/unloading of product into trailers;
Ensure accuracy of item descriptions and counts for all shipments;
Ensure accuracy of UPC numbers for all shipments;
Ensure accuracy on Manifest/Bill of Lading and maintain IBT Seal Log;
Run Order Pool to maintain on time Purchase Orders;
Record and file all incoming and outgoing Purchase Orders;
Maintain GRB and AVs accuracy;
Ensure Receiving CRT is entering all receivings daily;
File all Driver Logs;
Coordinate with Receiving CRT Clerk to schedule deliveries;
Perform monthly self-audits and address action items;
Maintain open communication with Logistics Department;
Unload, verify, record, and label all Cross-Dock Pickups;
Ensure Safety Policies and HACCP guidelines are followed
