$17/hour Starting | Potential to Grow to $22/hour Over Time

Pay & Growth

• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
• Annual performance reviews with typical increases of 3% or more (some receive 4–5%)
• With solid performance, team members can grow to $22 or up to $25 per hour if trained in positions that operate equipment

• Warehouse Receiver – 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (30-minute lunch)

Overtime may be required based on business needs.

• 2 weeks PTO (start accruing after 90 days)
• 3 weeks PTO after 5 years of service

You’ll be part of a fast-paced but organized warehouse that prides itself on same-day shipping. Depending on the role, you will pull, pack, or receive product using scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyors while maintaining accuracy and a clean, safe work area.

All warehouse positions require the ability to frequently lift and move packages up to 70 lbs, stand/walk/bend/reach throughout the shift, and maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or loading experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right attitude.

The Warehouse Receiver is responsible for staging, receiving and labeling of all incoming product in a timely manner while meeting productivity requirements. Tasks also include sorting, material handling, and using a manual pallet jack.

• Accurately receive products by matching numbers and product descriptions. Hand stacks cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor throughout the duration of the shift.
• Assist with unloading Fed Ex and UPS packages from trucks
• Place the product in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet/cart
• Move completed order to the receiving staging area using pallet jack
• Report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision including damaged product, wrong product number, equipment issues, etc.
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and help to maintain a safe, clean work environment to include general housekeeping warehouse duties
• Other duties as assigned

** All Warehouse positions must be able to frequently lift and move packages weighing up to 70 pounds, perform physical warehouse activities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion throughout the shift, maintain attention to detail and accuracy, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality; previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or loading experience is preferred but not required.**
