We have an exciting opportunity for a hybrid OQ and Contractor Compliance Administrator based in Maumelle, AR.
POSITION SUMMARY
Position exists to provide administrative support for Operator Qualifications and Contractor Onboarding and Monitoring.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide administrative assistance to the OQ & Contractor Program Manager.
- Serve as an Operator Qualifications Administrator for the Energy World Net System—maintaining testing records, updating the user database, providing reports, and resolving technical issues with the vendor.
- Serve as a Contractor Compliance Administrator for ISNetworld—assisting with construction project startups by prequalifying contractors to ensure safety, insurance, drug testing, and operations qualification requirements are met prior to project commencement, and continuing monitoring/auditing of contractor compliance.
- Work with employees and contractors to resolve issues related to Operator Qualifications and Contractor Compliance.
- Maintain records of certifications for contractors’ and employees’ fusion & welding training, and any other assigned qualifications.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of employee training events.
- Update Department Manuals.
- Assist with new employee orientation as directed.
- Generate and distribute photo identification cards for Summit employees and contractors showing qualifications.
- Provide other administrative assistance to the department, schedule meetings, and prepare critical department notes and agendas.
- Other clerical duties as assigned or requested.
- 1 year experience in a corporate environment as an administrative assistant.
- High school education or GED. Some college preferred.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Adaptability in varying environments and with many tasks, responsibilities, and people.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (a pre-employment test will be required).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist with any request with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Good communicator with professional personal appearance when dealing with customers, employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Willingness to take on new tasks and a high level of dependability and reliability, including punctuality and fulfilling commitments.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team.
