What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
  • Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
  • Provide high‑level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching to the employer's services
  • Problem‑solve and find solutions to encourage business customers to commit
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong communication skills to direct conversations and close sales
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem‑solving
  • Associate’s degree or higher is preferred

  • Experience in a sales‑oriented role or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
