Support Specialist

10 Fitness is seeking a Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service in our welcoming health club environment. In this role, you'll greet members, answer questions, and manage memberships, billing, and check-ins. You'll handle phone, email, and in-club inquiries, troubleshoot account issues, and escalate concerns when needed. You'll also support sales efforts, promote classes and services, and help keep the facility organized.

This position is ideal for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about fitness, community, and creating a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, providing friendly and professional assistance
• Manage member check-ins, new memberships, and account updates
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly
• Resolve billing and account issues or escalate as needed
• Support sales by explaining membership options and promotions
• Promote gym services, classes, and personal training offerings
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in CRM and POS systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe front-desk area
