DescriptionAs the Vice President of Human Resources, you won’t just be managing personnel; you will be the chief architect of our company culture and the strategic partner to our executive team. We are building the greatest company to work for, and you set the tone! We are looking for a seasoned manufacturing leader who will foster an ownership mindset across the organization and balances data-driven decision-making with high emotional intelligence.
You will oversee the entire HR lifecycle, ensuring that our talent acquisition and retention strategy supports our long-term business goals. Primary responsibilities are the Maumelle, AR and Edinburgh, Scotland sites, while providing coaching & support for HR leaders at 2-4 other businesses within the portfolio.

Serve as a core member of the executive team, providing counsel and support on organizational design, succession planning, and change management. - Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Design and execute high-level recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and implement engagement initiatives that keep them here. - Total Rewards:
Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that remain sustainable as we scale. - Compliance & Risk:
Ensure the organization stays ahead of the curve regarding labor laws, internal audits, and workplace safety. - Leadership & Development:
Lead and organize professional development and training programs that develop our top performers into leaders. - M&A:
Support and lead HR integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring cultural alignment and seamless workforce transitions.
10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
EducationBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
CertificationSPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
TechnicalExpert-level knowledge of HRIS systems and people analytics.
Soft SkillsA "people-first" mindset, impeccable ethics, and a healthy dose of grit.
